About the event
Dr. Sam Zaplinski, DVM, MPH is the Regional Consulting Veterinarian, US Pet Health at Elanco, Northern California.
Dr. Sam recently joined Elanco Animal Health as the Regional Consulting Veterinarian for Northern
California. In this role she provides technical support and education to local veterinarians and veterinary
staff on Elanco products. She comes from 15 years in clinical practice in the Bay Area doing a mix of
general practice, surgery, emergency, and some shelter medicine. As a practitioner and now as a
consulting veterinarian, she strives to learn, communicate, and foster great relationships with her clients
